Introduction
The prospect of combining silicon carbide (SiC) with more traditional-type semiconductor materials like Si [1-3] and Ge [4] is a research area growing popular due to the prospect of monolithically integrating power devices with more traditional control electronics.
This means that there are fewer carriers available for current transport at room temperature and it is more difficult to achieve a high doping concentration in comparison to other semiconductor materials such as silicon.
Since the intrinsic carrier concentrations depend exponentially on the bandgap energy, a small difference in the bandgap energy between the n-type and p-type material may cause a significant difference between the electron and hole current.

The monitored parameter was also impact of used building material of vertical and horizontal structures.
It is expected that the reaction of the outdoor temperature and radiation will have greater inertia in this classroom than the classroom I502, located in the newly built building, where they were used the newest building materials.
Building materials used in classroom B303, which has technically greater thermal inertia and it has only a small influence.
Graph 1 shows that the temperature inside the classroom is much higher than the average outdoor temperature during the day due to the heat accumulation in building materials and 90 % coverage of glass in the wall facing west.
Building material and structure design has a significant influence on the thermal stability in summer.
