It supports file formats reading and conversion of different measurement instruments and also it supports pretreatment of enormous point cloud data[[4] Hu YF: Manufacturing Automation Vol.31(2009),p.135.In Chinese [5] Lee K H ,Woo H, and Suk T: International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology Vol.17(2001),p.736 [6] Luo DB, Gao M, and Wang PJ: Machinery Design & Manufacture Vol.42(2005),p.57.In Chinese ].Many functions can be achieved, including point cloud data rendering, noise filtering, and point registration of multiple views, data recovery and ascertainment of the prototype’s original profile and so on.
To make sure the process of scanning goes well and complete data of the model’s details are obtained, DPT-5 dye penetrant inspection materials are sprayed on the part evenly, and the standard orbs are pasted on the surfaces located easily.
