Abstract.
Introduction Severe plastic deformation (SPD) is very often used for the improvement of strength properties of aluminium alloys by converting the conventional coarse-grained metals into ultra-fine grained materials [1].
Experimental The material used in the investigations was a commercial AA3104 aluminium alloy.

Different tests use different configuration materials, which make the falling section of the curves different.
According to test results, the basic mechanical properties of steel materials are shown in table 1, basic mechanical properties of C80 concrete are shown in table 2.
After the material reaches peak stress, it is regarded as an ideal plastic material, the maximum compressive strain of high strength concrete is 0.0033 and the maximum compressive strain of steel fiber concrete is 0.004.

Also, the Young's modulus ET of the tube material is highly
fluctuating because of uncertainty in the production of the semi-finished extruded tube material.

The table 2 provides the mechanical properties of the three materials involved in the tests.
For both materials the contact surface enlarges with increasing cycle number, impact pressure and sliding velocity.

Materials Used to Make Components for FDM Water Jet Installation
Materials that can be used to generate components or sub-assemblies for the water jet processing with abrasive suspension or water jet only shall have both thermoplastic and mechanical strength properties specific to granular abrasion resistance, cavitation, or stress compression, stretching, etc.
It can also be noticed that PLA is more abundant in water than other materials, which is also biodegradable, which is why it is avoided to the components that are in contact with water.
From a technological point of view, materials have been developed which is dissolve in liquid media to extract the inside of the cavities, as well as to make the supporting or stiffening elements of the lateral or superior walls.
The first phase is specific to the design process, with the observation that the volumetric contraction aspects of the materials to be used for printing should be considered at this stage.
Cost of the material for 3D printing parts from technological view point From economic calculations it can be seen that 12.5% represents the cost of materials, 87.5% wage costs, 0.03% those with damping and 0.01% energy costs.
