Up to now, it already has many researches of using red mud in building materials [3-6].
But due to the strong alkaline of red mud, it makes the utilization of red mud limited in building materials.
Main Materials (1) Red mud Red mud used emerges during production of alumina from bauxite by the sintering process in coal and chemical industry of Henan.
Acknowledgements The authors would like to express their appreciation to the National Science Foundation of China and Jiangsu Province Department of Education.

Currently, the development trend of new materials science and its applications in the field of advanced manufacturing are as follows [4]:
(1) Develop from homogeneous materials to composite materials.
In former times, only the metal materials, polymeric materials and other homogeneous materials were often used, but now such composite materials composed of metal materials and polymeric materials are being used more and more.
To support the development of advanced manufacturing technology, during the period of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, according to National Long-Term Science and Technology Development Program (2006—2020), National Plan for the Development of Science and Technology of the “11th Five-year Plan” and Development Program of 863 Plan in the “11th Five-year Plan” Period, in the research of new materials technology, our country has set up five major research projects, respectively as follows [5]: (1) Design of intelligent materials and advanced preparation technology; (2) high-temperature superconducting materials; (3) nano materials and devices; (4) photoelectric information and special functional materials; (5) high-performance structural materials.
Bionic Design Science.

Only some from series of non-destructive testing methods of material defects are employed for measurement of structural parameters of materials.
Acoustic Properties of Materials Acoustic properties of materials are described by the speed of elastic transverse or longitudinal atoms vibration distribution around the balanced point and their attenuation.
The causes of minima were personal (violation of metallurgy procedures) and material (metallurgical raw materials).
The Non-destructive T of Materials and Structures.
Metallic materials – Leeb hardness test
