According to the material parameters of PVB interlayer, combining with the load capacity tests, a finite element model is established to simulate the tests.
So 3-D solid element solid45 is used to model, which is defined by eight nodes and the orthotropic material properties[4].

In this paper, we develop a model for surrounding gate single material TFET with circular cross section view for surface potential using 2-D Poisons equation with parabolic approximation method [26].
The silicon material is considered hence, E2avg is used in Drain Current as done in [27].
The surface potential is reliant on characteristic length of cylindrical gate and gate material work function.
