Consider the gap between the bearing parts and materials and their own reasons,bearing the constraints of the test beam are not infinity, we must measure the level and the rotational stiffness(Figure 3).
3 The results and analyses
3.1The conduct of the cracks in beams and test phenomena
Load on the beam from the beginning to the crack time,the beam basically in elastic moment,the beam of mid-span and support at the crack is very close to the theoretical value.At this point,the axial force of the support bearing which the sensor measured is very small,the arching action is not obvious.

Abstract.
The rationally-designed detonation sequence and the optimum delay time can reduce the fly- rock due to blasting; the stemming must not be mixed with broken stone when plugging the blast hole; correctly determine the parameters of blast holes based on field test results, it is strictly prohibited to charge more; the blasting parts of the cooling tower wall, the herringbone column and the chimney shaft wall should be covered with 10~20 layers of protective materials, such as safety nets.
