The PZT material properties were provided by the manufacturing company of PZT in Taiwan (Eleceram Technology Co., Ltd. and Internet Web is www.eleceram.com.tw).
Those material properties as d31, electromechanical coupling coefficient, quality factor, and density were 171 pm/v, 0.34, 1800, and 7.75 g/cm3, respectively.
