Characteristic Study on Temperature Field of Hydrostatic Bearing of Hydroforming Machine

Abstract:

Temperature field of hydrostatic bearing of hydroforming machine is studied in this paper,SOLIDWORKS2009 is used to model the simulational modeling of hydrostatic bearing of hydroforming machine, and then experiments based on hydroforming machine is conducted by using the finite element software FLUENT6.3 and GAMBIT, with the simulational results that the temperature field of hydrostatic bearing. Finally, the relationship between temperature field and angle-velocity is concluded by analyzing the simulational experiments results. The simulational results provide theoretical support and effective conference for the optimized layout of the heat transfer of hydrostatic bearing with heat transfer, which will reduce the experimental costs and the development time of the hydrostatic bearing.
