And it makes it possible to obtain a report about the surface structure and types of surface atoms using various types of surface analysis methods.
By the rise, angle of incidence of Ar+ ions, the part of the trajectory, which is located inside the semichannel, narrows and therefore it, becomes clearer to obtain information about the structure of the surface and type of atom, which located on the semichannel bottom.

The broad peak could be attributed to the amorphous structure of SiO2 aerogels.
To further investigate the structure of Pd particles, the HRTEM image of Fig. 4a is shown in Fig. 4b.
According to International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) definition, both samples exhibited type IV isotherms with type H2 hysteresis loops, typical of mesoporous materials.

PVA combined with the KOH as active reagent [7], the activated carbon [8] is used as electrode material which shows excellent electrochemical performance because the specific capacitance depends on the surface area, pore structure [9] and electrolyte were used.
In general, XRD characterization depicts the crystalline material structure including its atomic arrangement, crystallite size and imperfections.

It is one of primary measures to produce high value-added and recyclable steel by using economic design of chemistry components and ‘reducing’ technology of producing.
Fig. 6 shows that the grains of the three samples are coarse to different degrees, and there are some mixed crystal structures, which may be one of the causes of the low impact toughness.
These mixed crystal structures that are nearly impossible to be eliminated in the following cooling stage may appear in the process of hot rolling for insufficient recrystallization.

Ions of Ni+2 and Zn+2 form different crystal structures and different energies of accommodation preferred.
Due to the low temperatures in the reaction achieved during synthesis (671-683K), and because these concentrations have exceeded the limit of solubility of Ni in the matrix semiconductor of ZnO, there was complete dilution of the Ni+2 in the ZnO structure network, with the second phase of NiO at all concentrations studied.

Possible reasons were that along with the amount of FAS increased, long-chain organic structure of FAS would make coatings flexible.
During the sol-gel drying process, in order to minimize the surface energy, the particles turn to the spherical structure spontaneously with the outermost layer full of F-containing functional groups.
