Then, the model is imported into ANSYS in IGES format, element with eight nodes and six faces ,appropriate mesh size are selected , the parameters as following: the material is gray cast iron, density=7200kg/m3,the young’s module=174GPa,the Poisson ratio=0.275, Fig 2 presents the finite element crossbeam model.
