In halogenation step, what we concerned was if hydrochloric acid could be used to substitute thionyl chloride, which is irritant, noxious material and causes severe environmental pollution.
Oxidation route is pretty feasible because Wittig reagent (7) can be obtained easily from available material benzyl chloride.

Abstract— It is a common view to build up a sustainable development world, and greening/ecological residence is becoming more and more popular.
About the five individual level I criteria, outer environment planning, inner environment quality and water environment are excellent, while energy conservation and material/resource usage are acceptable.

Base management team set up performance evaluation system according to the situation of participating in research projects, application value and market value of the projects, daily work performance and achievements of science and technology of the graduate students.
So school tutors are responsible for the guidance of graduate thesis is reasonable, but enterprise tutors have to provide assistance, such as provide relevant project materials etc.
