Abstract.
Material output valve unit switches quickly, then the pressure of accumulator 13 drops and the swashplate angle of constant pressure pump 12 increases, the accumulator 13 then receives oil from constant pressure pump 12 again.
The pilot directional valve 14 changes the position of hydraulic directional valve 15, then the position of material output valve changes and sends a reversing signal to the pilot directional valve 2, which changes the position of hydraulic directional valve 3, then master cylinder 4 retracts and master cylinder 5 extends, the pumping cycle circulates [5,6]. 1- the variable displacement pump; 2, 14- pilot directional valve; 3,15- hydraulic directional valve; 4,5- master cylinder; 6, 7, 8, 9- damping u-tube; 10, 11- pressure differential valve; 12- constant pressure pump; 13- accumulator; 16, 17-oscillating cylinder; 18, 19-relief valve; Fig. 1 Hydraulic system Simulation Analysis Simulation Model.

Statics analysis is taken by importing the 3 d model, loading material, meshing, loading boundary conditions and solving steps, as shown in figure 4.
By analysis of adjusting plate, tension spring and other components under the maximum overload at work, Size design and material selection meets the design requirements of adjusting frame load 37 kg or less.
Choices of other the structure and material of mechanical parts, the following support plate, guide rail brackets are similar to the support plate, due to the space of the paper, the description is no longer here.
