In modern times there are so many standard parts and complex curved surfaces owning the same figure but size big or small .The modeling of standard parts are commonly simple, for example bearing, but they take up a nice bit of proportion in the manufactures, the repeated design and modeling waste a mass of manpower, material resources, especially, they astrict the ingenuity of the devisers.

To solve the problem of the insufficiency of product quality characteristics data in small batch trial process, different processes were divided into groups firstly in accordance with the six major factors 5M1E (man, machine, material, method, measure and environment) ,which influenced the quality of the process, based on similarity theory [4].
