It can also improve the conditions of sheet metal processing, make better use of the material formability than conventional forming technology, raise the sheet metal formability, get more complicated parts [1], achieve to flexible digital manufacturing of sheet metal.
With the forming semi-cone angle reduces, the thickness of sheet metal deformation zone will become thin, when the thickness decreases to a certain extent, material will fracture due to instability.
