Abstract.
I.The Analysis of the Threat about the Automatic Charging Station in the Aviation Airport A civil aviation airport automatic charging station always be made of a floor of reinforced concrete frame, external brick wall is built by bricks or stones, and the room is 5 high, the building area is for 158 , the ceiling and ground reserved line layout channel, through the set of partition door the automatic battery charging station is divided into independent night shift room, charging and discharging room , control room and storage room, as figure 1 shown.
Figure 4 The relation curves of shielding net grid’s size and shielding coefficient Conclusion Any engineering of lightning protection is complex system engineering.
Because this engineering is very complex and has high demand, the construction must be careful.

The Proposed Road Architectural Theory System
Reviewed architectural history, these building initially was Maocao Peng, and later developed into brick houses. In ancient China, building houses and activities engaged in other civil engineering were generally called as "construction", "build".
A highway not only provides places for cars and other vehicles to travel, but also for related personnel to work and rest. Also it is public building facilities, and it meets these basic need of engineering and aesthetics as other public buildings.
About pursuit and requirements of road aesthetics,we carried out the implementation of GBM engineering since the 1980s in China. We promoted the building process of the road(G), standard(B),landscaping(M) in road maintenance.GBM project merged road engineering, traffic engineering, architecture school, architectural art, road aesthetics, landscape architecture, management and traffic psychology. On the engineering side,it implemented well-designed, construction, maintenance and standardized management, and highlighted some traits including the road linear beauty, constructional beauty, road cleaning, traffic flow, etc. On facilities along the line,it emphasized facilities’s security including these signs, markings, safety protection and other facilities. On road planting,it highlighted local conditions and kinds of green ways according to circumstances and roads. And combined artificial landscape with natural landscape,it gave people senses of beauty and pleasure, the maximum possible to integrated people
It is public building facilities. At the same time it should meet the basic requirements of engineering and aesthetics together with other public buildings, etc.
It is a cross discipline of architecture and highway engineering.Of course, it includes both technical and artistic aspects.
