A special place here is granted to engineering and science education, which are less dependent than the other educational areas on the socio-cultural characteristics of the countries, but are in highly demand in the labor market.
The main of many ways of solving this problem can be the following: holding international conferences on actual problems of science and engineering, the development of international education [2] including exchange of professors to teach students elective courses, the development of distance learning of natural sciences and engineering, the development of the International Institute of Magistracy and post graduate courses.
Educational content is the main and most difficult element of the educational process and includes curricula, programs, standards and materials of training courses.
Today, one can find in on-line library foreign scientific journals indexed in EBSCO, JSTOR, Elsevier.

Singular stresses at the tip can be a reason for a crack initiation in composite materials.
Introduction Composite materials contain sharp material interfaces, wherein the ends of layers or fibers or particles themselves can form tips that can be understood as sharp material inclusions.
Good knowledge of stress distribution in places of this kind is necessary for reliable assessment of safety of the composite materials.
Eigenvector for both materials then form one joint eigenvector vk=vk0,vk1.

Blast-resistant structures are traditionally designed and fabricated with solid materials of heavy weight to resist blast loadings.
To overcome these problems, new designs with either new structural forms or new materials are demanded against blast loads.

Thus, it can be concluded that composite panel can successfully be produced from sugarcane bagasse as the main source of raw materials.
Bagasse is used as combustible materials for energy supply in sugarcane factories as in thermal power station, in pulp and paper industries and for fiber board materials.
Materials and Methods The sugarcane bagasse milled by using hammer mill to get into small particles.
