MODULAR SPR – MATERIALS AND SET-UP
Device components
This SPR biosensor is based on Kretschmann configuration that consists of the following components; white light source (wavelength range 450-650 nm, 50 µW power), polarizer (vis 700 BC3 CW03), variable angle reflection sampling system (VARSS) device that has been modified, prism, thin gold film coated on circular glass disk ( ~21µm thickness), single channel cell, portable pulsatic pump for supplying liquid samples and HR-4000-UV-NIR photodetector with spectra suit software.

Abstract.
Early the heat loss in air cooling system is serious, and then in order to reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency, the panel should be preserved heat by increasing the glass covers and heat insulation materials.
Experimental Study September 10th, 2009, the experiment was done at the platform on the roof of the solar building in the university of Shanghai for science and technology, the environmental temperature was 25-30℃, and the solar radiation was good at noon.
