Materials and methods Piping stress's classification.
About the calibration for the primary stress of the oil pipeline, based on regulation of ASME B31.4-2009, for restrained pipeline, the pressure generated by the difference of internal pressure and exterior pressure, shall not exceed 0.72 time of the minimum yield strength of the material.
Piping input is the basis of stress analysis, which includes pipeline parameters (DX, DY, diameter,etc.), pipeline’s route in the space (CosX, CosY, etc.), external conditions(temperature, pressure, fluid density, etc.), pipeline material parameters(allowable stress, Poisson's Ratio) and constraints (ANC, Y, etc.).

While in FDR, the sweep signal is inputted to the wire under test and by the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), the measure data of its reflected signal can be turned to the information in the time domain where the fault distance will be calculated according to the relative propagation velocity which is different in different materials [1].
The interface of a result of the data query Conclusion The data system of wire fault diagnosis in aircraft engines denotes the traits of its capability demonstrated as follows: first of all, it has the ability to meet the objective require of fault detection; secondly, the information of wire parameters in the database holds the authority because it is sorted with widely collecting materials and attained with consulting the experts; thirdly, the easy-to-understand query interface can satisfy the search of the maintenance personnel at all levels; at the end, it is convenient and easy to take the research of the data, and it can also save time and labour for the maintenance.

In the process of attempting to making the sample of the product, technology improvement and material optimization can not only make motor completely reach the required performance indexes, but also reduce the winding copper quantity and the cost in contrast to the same sample machines.
The purity of copper and silver in commentator material is lower, in which the content of silver is small, giving rise to the large friction coefficient and the acceleration of brush’s wear and tear.
Through experimentally comparing the finish turning, grinding time, pressure, and stone materials of the commentator, the best solution is chosen, making the roughness reach 0.24-0.4.

Introduction Conventional accelerometers are made on silicon wafers [1-17], some of them used the thermal convection technologies, and the chamber is filled with the materials such as: air, CO2, liquid, or others.

Besides, the thermal isolation capability is better than silicon with the plastic material, thus the cost of power dissipation for long time operation is lower for the new design.
