Introduction
With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the science and technology, the reasonable scope of the economic activities is unceasingly enlarging and gradually forms the economic structure in which the regional economy takes the main portion.
It can also be simply interpreted as objective ability formed by logistics system’s material structure (such as the quantity and scale of distribution centre, transport capacity as well as sorting and processing equipment’s capacity) and the comprehensive reflection of the supervisors’ organization and management capability to logistics operation [2].
Elements resources Human Resources Direct staff to participate in the regional logistics activities(The quantity and structure of personnel) Financial resources Government and logistics companies’ investment, government support policies(the amount and structure of investment) Material resources Transportation facilities , storage facilities , carrying and loading and unloading facilities , circulation and processing facilities , information transmission facilities(quantity, scale and distribution) Structure resources Resources coordination Match situation of human, financial and material resources.

In this case, the amount of material removed from the cutting tool, in the area where the elastic deformation has great values will determine a lower depth of cut than in other sections of the work piece.
Experimental Stand In order to determine the elastic deformations caused by variations of the cutting force during processing we will consider a work piece with a constant diameter made out of the RSt 37-1.1 material (mild steal).

Introduction
Mineral resources are the important material base of the national economy, social development and people's life. 70% of China's industrial products raw materials and 90% of energy sources all come from the mineral resources exploitation and used [1].
The technological process is: acidic waste water → oxidation Pool → limestone roller → reaction pool → emissions. 2.1.2 Up-flow expansion changing filter speed method Up-flow expansion changing filter speed method is that putting fine grain limestone or dolomite into cone shape tower, and the water flow bottom-up through the filter material.

Introduction
Clay soils used in construction of road pavements are the most in demand among building materials used in construction of automobile roads.
Natural-climatic conditions and, as a result, the moisture of subgrade soils and materials of pavement layers are considered to be key factors contributing to changes in the strength and deformability values of soils during operation of automobile roads [12, 13].

(1) External wall averagely adopts thickness of 240 mm solid clay brick, new wall materials utilization rate is extremely low; exterior wall materials include stone + mud-grass( or solid brick ) and stone+ brick+ clay, etc
Since 2000, the cast-in-place reinforced concrete becomes the main materials.
Another is to make full use of the outdoor solar energy to increase indoor heat. [2]To improve the insulation performance of walls includes to improve the wall thermal insulation performance and use thermal insulation materials to strengthen the original wall insulation. 3.1.1 Improve the insulation performance of the wall itself There are a lot of advantages of improving the insulation performance of the wall itself.
Common pouring materials are fly ash, cement perlite, expanded vermiculite.
Usually, we should use mortar filling sealing to prevent air flow backward, meanwhile, we should cover some heat preservation effect materials on the roof in order to increase the external roof insulation.
