Research on Key Elements of the Regional Logistics Capability Considering Integration of Evaluation, Prediction and Planning

Abstract:

So far, most of the existing researches regard the key elements of the regional logistics capability as an isolated object and neglect the logical relationship and interdependence among links of regional logistics development’s process. This will slow down the developing speed of the regional logistics. Considering the impelling and linking relationship between the evaluation, prediction and planning of the regional logistics capability, this paper, guiding by the idea “integration”, studies the definition, the main participants, the goal and the key elements of the regional logistics capability, and then proposes that the result of evaluation and prediction as well as the implement measures of planning should be one-to-one correspondence with each key element.
