Online Shopping Logistics System Improvement Based on TOC

Abstract:

Introduced TOC and focusing five-step process first and found two constraints of online shopping logistics system according to it, the logistics distribution time in the destination city and the time from delivery to confirmation on the internet. Both of them are settled through two cycles of focusing five-step process.
