Abstract:

Logistics Park is the highest level of the logistics node in the City logistics system. The planning and design of this Logistics Park strives to meet the requirements of different levels as well as effectively integrate from the perspective of spatial the existing logistics resource, yielding the maximize benefit socially, economically and ecologically. This paper refers to the general impression currently in Nanjing that the distribution of the Auto 4S shop and automotive spare-parts shop is scattered thinly, and the shortage of auto and spare-parts happens oftentimes, then proceeds with systematically planning and detailed feasibility studies from market analysis, strategic positioning, functional design, layout design and business plan, and then provides a scientific and theoretical basis for the planning in building this logistics park in Nanjing.
