To overcome these demerits a large number of sulfonated hydrocarbon polymers have been developed as the alternative membrane materials, and many of them have been reported to have superior performance (higher mechanical strength, lower methanol permeability, higher proton conductivity, etc.) to that of Nafion [1-5].
Experimental Materials. 1,4,5,8-Naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (NTDA) was purchased from Multi.
Other materials were used as received. 4,4’-Diaminodiphenyl ether-2,2’-disulfonic acid (ODADS) and H2N-PBI were synthesized according to our previously reported methods [10,11].
Color figures are welcome for the online version of the journal.

Material property of plates below is elastic.
The material constants are referenced as the data measured in [11]: E = 6 Mpa and Poisson’s ratio v = 0.365.
Material constants are as follows: Young’s modulus E = 9.2 × 105 Mpa and Poisson’s ratio v = 0.365.

As a primary raw material - some kinds of strip steel are used by some important industries, such as military affairs, aviation and spaceflight, shipbuilding industry; it also has been used extensively in many other fields of people living product, for example, automotive and electronics industries and so on.
When received indent, enterprises make material quality plan by material requirements of consumer, including quality standard of product surface, bringing forward different process criterion, prescribing different parameter of production control and demand of performance detection.
Because of the steel enterprise's ever-present defects and defect rang of our lab system of defects inspection on-line to inspect defects, there are ten kinds of defects confirmed to assessing grade, including Scratch Strip (Fig.1), Holes (Fig.2), Roll Marks (Fig.3), Pits (Fig.4), Mixed Material (Fig.5), Blisters (Fig.6), Shell, Extraneous Matter Roll-in, Crack, Scabs.
But because defects of "Holes, Crack, Mixed Material, Blisters" influence product use badly, they are defined as key defects.
