Very briefly, the main advantages of using aluminum in this application are a) creep-resistance overtime to maintain pressure on the liner-seal b) high strength-to-weight ratio c) compatibility for thin wall deep-drawing (both lubricated and oil-free) and minimize material usage d) withstand the harsh lifecycle of the product, e) ability to decorate with many types of printing techniques, f) material hardening during deep drawing occurs only where it is needed most, g) food-compatibility and recyclability, which is in line with Guala Closures sustainability policy (the closure can be recovered during glass re-melting process).
It was a forward-thinking idea for the market but in order to introduce this new material in its portfolio, Guala Closures had to face heavy invested in human resources, new machinery, convert its factories and internally developed new processes.
Needless to say, the same technology was later adapted to other aluminum products (not just wine closures) and other materials.

Abstract.
According to "Metallic materials tensile test method at room temperature"(GB/T228-2002) [3], standard tensile test bars were produced and conducted the material testing.
This can effectively alleviate the stress concentration of the diaphragm to column surface and improve material utilization.

The site for the construction of a pit must not have a rocky base that could lead to the stoning of stones outside the designated threatened area, and the area within a radius of at least 25 m from the site of destruction is deprived of forest, grass and other flammable materials.
This blasting pit is designed to test of the effects of explosives and ammunition on prospective materials and protective structures.
