Hardness of the coating was chosen as a key property, since it is indicative of the work-hardened state of the material in the layer, the grain size and hence the coating strength.
In this process the surface of material is bombarded by the peening medium consisting of a stream of hard rounded particles, which induce localized plastic deformation at the site of impact.
Two materials were used for substrate, an A1 aluminum alloy (UNS number A91100), and a low carbon steel (UNS number G10100).

Introduction Zinc oxide (ZnO) has been very much important among the various metal oxides (tin oxide (SnO2) and indium tin oxide (ITO)) for its employment in the field of chemistry, physics, and material science [1, 2], owing to the direct and wide band gap energy, varying from 3.18 to 3.85 eV, large exciton binding energy (60 meV), satisfactory charge carrier transport, and high crystalline quality of ZnO [3].
This phenomenon might be due to big disagreement of linear thermal expansion between ZnO and PET materials [16, 17].

Since grain-based fuel ethanol industry should be restricted and reconsidered as the blind development will bring the problem of corn price increase and threaten global food security, turning to non-grain material will be the optimal direction for fuel ethanol industry’s future development.

Heilongjiang coal cities has entered depletion period, but its advantages in resources persists, the prerequisite for the use of coal cost is relatively low to extend its industrial chain engineering, for example, from coal, materials, coking coal, metalworking, chemical coal deep-processing and finishing the conversion of resources and enhance the economic value of the product to promote coal production, business, pin-round development, and thus find the resources the citysustainable development.
