A major challenge with multi-material systems is the process of joining different materials.
Experimental Setup Materials.
As described above, the two different materials have been joined between two conventional upsetting tools on a universal testing machine.

Research on Software Aggregation to Service Aggregation Wenjin Xu1, a 1Qingdao University of Science & Technology, Qingdao, Shandong, 266101, China aqd_ekid@yahoo.com.cn Keywords: Aggregation, Software Aggregation, Service Aggregation, ICT.
Introduction Aggregation is simple process that one or more material with small molecule combines into large molecular weight substances. [1]Aggregation process is essentially to break the original line between different single molecules and to make them re-link in different forms.
The purpose of aggregation is not the simple superposition among materials in the nature; actually it is through the organic integration to obtain a new material, new properties and values.

Through the finite element analysis of the 50t load dump truck’s carriage (the material was 600MPa grade high strength carriage plate), the structure strength and stiffness’s transformation rule of different optimization schemes can be obtained.
So the carriage plate and the welding seam of transverse bar, main longitudinal girder and jack stringer were as a whole body, that’s had the same material property.
The stiffness of isotropic material is up to its elastic ratio E and shear modulus G, in here the G can be obtained as: G=E/2(1+γ) (2) γis Poisson ratio.
The structure stiffness not only determined by material stiffness but also by geometry, boundary condition and the effect of external force.

As the electrode must be a good conductor, graphite is widely used currently for bipolar plate material, but it is fragile, great thickness and must be machined for a long periods.
Stainless steel sheet is an ideal material for bipolar plate, but the cross section of flow channel on its surface is complex and too small to machine using conventional method.

The principle of LPPC is the production of high intense shock wave in the surface of the target material by impinging the surface with high fluence laser pulse.
Because of the continuous circulation of water the ablated material produced will be removed immediately from the laser contact spot.
Since laser beam diameter used for peening is 0.7 mm and we have chosen maximum sampling area of 63 μm x 63 μm, in the base material and laser pended region, which is outlined in Table.1.
From Table.1 it is evident that the laser shot peened with lowest pulse density (2200 pulse/cm2) exhibited large variation in the peak height and valley depth from the untreated material compared to surface treated with higher pulse density.

Position and strength of the (002) diffraction peak react graphitization degree, (100) diffraction peak reflects the disorder of carbon material graphite layer is deposited.
Portion of CH bond in the raw material are capable of oxidizing a phenolic hydroxyl group with concentrated sulfuric acid under heating, some of the side chain are oxidated carboxyl group.

On the basis of «gasphase-solidphase» model it is possible to offer the following measures concerning performance improvement of ore reduction in the solid state: – to increase the porosity and surface area of ore materials due to preliminary grinding and production of ore-coal briquettes; – to use the coke and coal that are rich in hydrocarbons; – to increase the height of furnace shaft for more complete usage of gas phase reducibility; – to use plasmotron for carbon-content radical concentration increasing in gas phase.

Finite element model of damage analysis of jointed rock mass Damage mechanics is to study the damage of material and the developing process of the damage.
Firstly it was used to study metal creep, and then various static failure, fatigue, and later it has been applied to study the mechanical properties of brittle material such as concrete, rock, etc.
Macroscopic damage theory considers the material included various defects as one kinds of continuous medium including micro-damage field, and regards the formation, development and coalescence of the micro-damage as a process of damage evolution.
It illustrates the continuous and damaging medium through damage variable, takes damage as part of microstructure of material, and investigates it through continuous medium.
