Due to running in the high temperature and high pressure environment, the security problems become increasingly severe owing to material aging and high temperature creeping damage which was resulted in pipeline leakage or explosion accidents, so the pipeline security monitoring techniques have received more and more attentions.[1] Currently artificial methods are adopted commonly domestically to do the annual inspection for the monitoring of high temperature pressure pipeline, and it has so many disadvantages, such as need stopping production, low efficiency of detecting and poor level of security.
(2) ci is a parameter related to the material characteristic, geometric characteristic and operating conditions(temperature and stress).
