Introduction
Polymeric materials based on polylactide acquire their significant importance in a variety of human activities.
Such materials are biocompatible, do not cause any environmental pollution as in the process of biopolymer production, the CO2 emission into the atmosphere is 2-3 times lower [1, 2].
Large raw materials, material and energy resources are required to implement these steps.
At the same time, the recycling share of spent polymeric materials and products based on polylactide is very small.

But the variation is no longer obvious with the increase of hydration time, that is to say, the specimens resistivity tends to be stable.
3.2 The relationship of electrical resistivity with carbon fiber content
As conductive materials and insulating materials are compounded and when the content of conductive material is less than a critical value, the resistivity of composite material reduces sharply with the increase of conductive materials.
When the volume fraction of conductive materials reaches to a certain value, the reduction of the electrical resistivity will become extremely slow, and that kind of phenomenon is called percolation. The critical value is called percolation threshold[4] and the curve reflecting the relationship between the electrical resistivity and conductive filler content is called filtration curve.
But the dispersion effect of carbon fibers in cementious composite materials is not ideal enough and the stability of electrical resistivity needs to be enhanced.

Experiment
Starting materials used Li2CO3, Nb2O5, Tb4O7 and MnO2 powder of 99.99% purity.
Also, doping materials of 0.5 mol% Tb4O7 and 1.0 mol% MnO2 were prepared by mixing the raw material.

Pozzolanic materials are characterized by the presence of a high amount of amorphous SiO2 and can react with portlandite (lime), which is a by-product of the cement hydration process.
Similar pozzolanic materials, such as fly ash, blast furnace slag, silica fume, etc. have been successfully utilized in cement-based materials for many years.
Therefore, to properly utilize waste glass in cement-based materials a detailed analysis of the material itself is required.
Used Materials Cement.

Introduction
The core of the researches devoted at investigating the machinability of metallic alloys by means of both numerical and experimental approaches are concentrated on the as defined Difficult-To-Cut (DTC) materials because of the higher industrial demand of overcoming the problems connected with machining of these alloys.
