Since the electrical resistance of the most materials depends significantly on the temperature, the resistance of the material is measured to determine the temperature.
The final step is the complete removal of the monocrystal silicon in membrane area to reduce the "parasitic" effect of the substrate and to remove the mechanical stresses conditioned by differences in the temperature of various materials’ films formations.

Abstract. The two-dimensional discrete element program (UDEC) is applied to simulate the dampi-
ng effect of empty holes on blasting vibration.
Physico-mechanical parameters of rock material are shown in table 1.
Table 1 Properties of rock material Property Value Density[kg/m3] 2606 Young’s Modulus[GPa] 52.77 Poisson’s Ratio 0.28 Cohesion[MPa] 26.83 Friction angle[] 43.37 Fig.1 Numerical model Two stages are involved in the UDEC modeling: (a) static modeling to determine the pre-existing stress in the rock mass before the explosion, and, (b) dynamic modeling to investigate the rock mass response due to the explosion [7].
Furthermore, the damping empty holes can be filled with vibration-absorptive material to have better damping effect in practical engineering.

Establishment of Index System Influencing Cleaning Quality
In this article, from the perspective of 5M1E (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Measure and Environment), by using AHP [4] to establish hierarchical and ordered structure method, the index system influencing cleaning quality is established.
Formula of chemical cleaning liquid is chosen by component of scale and metal material.
Through investigation, chemical cleaning liquid is only chosen by metal material in this factory.

Basic Principle of Electrical Discharge Machining
EDM is a manufacturing process whereby a piece with desired shape, size, and surface is obtained using electrical discharges.[2] Material is removed from the workpiece by a series of rapidly recurring current discharges between two electrodes (one is called tool-electrode while the other is called workpiece-electrode).

Adaptive filter can operate well in unknown environment and its statistic of tracking input changes with time, thus adaptive signal processing becomes a new branch of science of signal and information processing, and has been widely applied in telecommunication, industrial control, seismology, biomedical engineering and other fields.
Dynamic-statistic prediction method may also be used for prediction of PV power station capacity; the method makes time serial analysis according to history observation material, without regard to physical significance of photovoltaic conversion, the greatest feature of the method is simplicity.
