Abstract.
The growth setup had vertical transport geometry where AlN source material was transported upwards into a colder area [2].
All investigated AlN grains show Al excess, with the Al content ranging from 54 to about 60 % at in different grains as measured in 70 x 60 µm² Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 3 areas.

Keywords: Oil consumption, Low-carbon, Armed-forces.
Doing rescue and relief work has cost the armed forces much manpower, material resources and financial resources.
Conclusions 1.Large quantities of greenhouse gases emitted into the air have caused the global climate change, the climate change has brought forth many natural and social disasters, doing rescue and relief work has cost the armed forces much manpower, material resources and financial resources, so waste gas emission should be reduced. 2.To develop in a low-carbon way, first and foremost, the armed forces should improve the officers and men’s awareness of energy-saving and emission-reduction by propaganda and education; secondly, they should implement the system of rewards and penalties; lastly, they should develop and utilize new energy and alternative energy.

Thought of the design quality control is: after explicit the design requirements and produce design task book, using the ISO9000 quality assurance system design and the development requirements, and project management means, put the quality assurance and control measures integrate with the design process, strengthening the quality control of design process, timely use all the design quality technologies, and evaluate the product design results of the different stages, eliminates the conflict and errors in the design phase, statistical analyses the product quality problem, implements quality tracking and continuous improvement, and thus reduces the huge waste of human, material and time caused by the change of repeated because of the design quality problems, improve product quality, shorten the development time and reduce the cost.
