Through adjust the composition we obtained a well formulation as follow :87.5%white basic formulation powder,12.5% aluminum waste slag.The water absorption of prepared sample is 0.51%,the flexural strength is 60.23MPa[14]. 2.1.5 The preparation of alumina friction materials Yange Niu,Lingke Zeng prepared alumina friction materials with aluminum waste slag .
(4)Serve as cement raw materials Zifang Xu etc. added aluminum sulphate slag to low grade cement[26].
What’s more, the raw materials demand and the dosage of aluminum waste slag which used as raw materials is large.

That kind of alloying is different from traditionally casted alloys in the sense that no melting took place in the process, which leaves us with option of using immiscible materials in the process and experiencing new kinds of materials bonding outside the boundaries of phase diagrams.

Materials and Methods The problem under study includes specific number of mixed-model assembly lines in a shop floor environment where different types of jobs can be processed and each line consist of manual workstations in which each assembly station capable of serving any task of any jobs.
Three objectives are considered in this problem which as follows: Ÿ Minimizing overall make-span Ÿ Line balancing Ÿ Minimizing variation of completion time A workstation in any line should be setup for the new materials requirement to be able to serve the new set of products.

A Design of High Smart Pressure Sensor Based on Microcontroller and BP Network Qi Lia, Xiaojian Zhangb College of electric and information engineering, Shaanxi University of science and technology, Xi’an, Shaanxi, China 710021 aliqidq@sust.edu.cn bxiaojiansin@sina.com Key words: MSP430 MCU; BP network; pressure sensor; temperature compensation Abstract: We introduce the high smart pressure sensor’s hardware-circuit design which based on Ultra-Low Power MSP430 MCU, analyze the BP network algorithm in temperature compensation to deal with the pressure sensor’s temperature drift, and collect pressure sensor’s temperature and pressure signals by MCU for offline training in BP network.
The diffused silicon pressure sensor is made in semi-conductor material, which output is not only determined by the input pressure but also influenced by the variation of circumstance temperature, thus will produce temperature drift phenomenon, in addition nonlinear and the device package itself will also affect its accuracy.

The possible reason is that the first active carbon adsorption, removing most of the polymer material, the remaining water COD mainly by small moleculer,it is further oxidized,but if the first oxidation,the water is first macromolecules into smaller molecules, and small molecules harder to activated carbon adsorption.
