Guangdong Academy of Social Sciences suggested that Guangdong now faced with a series of new challenges: First, resource-dependent development of epitaxial growth model, has been faced with resource and environmental challenges of tight constraints, likely to lead to unsustainable development crisis.
This mode of development, on the one hand achieved three decades of brilliant, on the other hand, Guangdong is entered into the dilemma of not sustainable: within the limits of ensuring sustainable development, land resources had become exhausted, extension development is approaching the limit, and the growth model of extension expansion can’t be sustainable; With the increase of economic development level, and the rapid increase in labor costs, labor-intensive industries will be difficult; the extensive processing and manufacturing system, which rely on a lot of consumption of material resources as the prerequisite, is facing the severe impact of a global shortage of resources and price increases; the fierce international competition is leading to the beginning of the policy of government intervention in the Western countries and protectionism in international trade, and export-oriented labor or resource-intensive processing and manufacturing industry caused great international pressure
For example, in personal computer, there is about 7% of copper, 14% aluminum, 20% iron , 2% zinc, plastic 23% and other environmentally friendly and high-value material about 66%; it also contains 6% lead, 0.002% mercury and 0.009% of cadmium and other substances harmful to the environment up to around 6%, glass and other material about 28%.

The possible reason is that the first active carbon adsorption, removing most of the polymer material, the remaining water COD mainly by small moleculer,it is further oxidized,but if the first oxidation,the water is first macromolecules into smaller
