Joints Design and Material Properties
This test researches one specimen under reversed cyclic loading, in which yielding firstly occurs at beam ends and shearing failure secondly occurs at joints [1].

Introduction
Ergonomics in an industrial environment is the science of fitting tasks to the workers to effect industrial improvements.
Ergonomics concepts and knowledge were applied to improve this material handling process via the utilisation of new equipment to ease their tasks.
Upon further discussion with the technical personnel, a simple structure made from both new and scrap material was built (Fig.3) for testing use in the workstation.

FSP induces intense plastic deformation and high temperature in the processed zone through high speed stir of FSP tool to materials and friction at contact surfaces between FSP tool and processed material.
Therefore, the material was moved around the pin during FSP in two processes.
The transferred material was oxidized in air, subsequently, penetrated and cut the BM surface, causing material in BM loss further.

Introduction
The use of different materials in a single part allows for the production of high performance components with reduced weight.
In this case, only the matrix material is plastically deformed and the reinforcement remains undeformed.
