choice of lights choice of light guide materials design of circuit clinical optics experts clinical experts design of the acquisition system (circuit and mechanical structure) testing the system in different acquisition environment mechanism of the acquisition system of facial diagnosis information in TCM developed facial diagnosis acquisition system Fig.1.
This traditional method is considered outdated compared with modern science and technology, and thus has been the bottleneck of the development of diagnostic technology in TCM.
Given the rapid development of modern science and technology as well as the advancement of the Internet, long-distance medical treatment has become a new trend.

The aim of the construction of the tourism industrial ecosystem is to establish an industrial net-work of resources-products-renewable resources which is composed of the enterprises and industries from the tourism industrial system as well as a closed circulate network which can balance the input and output of materials and energy sources in the tourism industrial system.
So the tourism industry is brought into the material circulatory system of ecosystem.
The low carbon economy which is low energy consumption, low material consumption low-emission and low-pollution should be one of the future choices in the economic development.
Modern ecology branched out of natural history and matured into a more rigorous science.

It will waste of more manpower, material resources and time resource
At the management system of arts integrated experiment teaching resource, all of the resources have been saved in the cloud servers, which contain distributive materials, software resources, hardware resources and cloud serves.
The distributive materials contain the distributive sharing resources and polymeric network resources from cloud system.

Effect of Al Content in Low Carbon High Manganese TWIP Steel Nisith Kumar Tewary1, a *, Swarup Kumar Ghosh1, b, Subrata Chatterjee1, c 1 Department of Metallurgy & Materials Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah – 711103, India atewarynisith@yahoo.com, bskghosh@metal.iiests.ac.in, cschatterjee46@yahoo.com Keywords: TWIP, Stacking fault energy, microstructure, mechanical property.
For the development of cost-effective and light-weight parts with improved safety and optimized environmental performance for automotive as well as structural applications, high manganese twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) steels is a preferential material [2].
The volume fraction of twin increases with strain and there is a rapid decrease of the mean free path of dislocations which results high levels of strain hardening in the material.
Therefore, the presence of Fe3Al compound in ferrite phase makes it brittle and lowers the ductility of the material.

According to all constraints, in a given material and structural type and loading condition the mathematical model of structural optimization is proposed, and then the model are solved with optimization principle and method.
Designer who passively check the program in previous can actively select design scheme by optimal design, as a result, the plan meeting the requirements of economic and security would be obtained where the material distribution is the most reasonable state.
The 3-D finite element analysis have been completed by ANSYS software, in which beams and columns are simulated by three nodes Timoshenko space beam element, shear wall and floor are simulated by eight nodes curved shell element, sections of SRC member are defined by user, Two-dimensional eight-node elements are used to simulate different materials section that obey the plane section assumption, the finite element model is shown in Fig. 2.
