Numerous literature have been reported on the exploration of various methods in synthesizing nanoparticles such as hydrothermal, thermal decomposition, chemical reduction, reduction of liquid vapor, sol-gel, microemulsion, etc.[2–7].
The data were collected over 20o ≤ 2θ ≤ 70o using mono-chromated Cu-Kα radiation.
The XRD pattern shows reflection peaks at 2θ = 44.5° , 51.9° and 76.5° corresponding to the crystal lattice of (1 1 1), (2 0 0) and (2 2 0) of face centered cubic (fcc) crystal structure of Ni with reference to JCPDS-00-001-1260 data.
The resulting data were compared to NiO compounds with reference to JCPDS-00-044-1159 data and no sign of peak can be observed.

Many studies have suggested that the supporting mode of the ball mill transformed from edge-transmission to centre drive, the distance between two bearings has greatly shortened, the rotator stress has been reduced quite a lot [2].However, with the increasing of the diameter, the ball mill works on heavier alternation load and bad atmosphere, the stress of the rotator should be further reduced [3].On the basis of the stress reduction, the thickness calculation should be considered.
Results There are great strength margin in the ball mill rotator according to the experience data.
Take M1max=8020 KN·m, M2max=6568 KN·m, T=1320 KN·m, W1=0.439 m3, where with the formula (2),the rotator thickness is reduced from 30mm to 16mm.Based on the data made above, we may safely come to the conclusion, the ball mill rotator thickness can be greatly reduced.

Experimental data on studying structural-phase states developed in the subsurface of TiC/Ni-Cr-Al alloy cermet under condition of superfast heating and cooling produced by pulse electron beam melting have been presented in this paper.
New approach to developing durable metal cutting cermet tools provides for developing extra structural levels in the subsurface of a cermet in the form of submicro- and nano size components, which serve to redistribute elastic stress both due to elastic stress field interaction exerted by structural components of different levels and reduction of plastic strain localization level [3].
It has been shown by the example of TiC-(Ni-Cr) cermet that structural-phase state modification of its binder resulted in multiple reduction of friction coefficient and wear resistance [4].
Also the restructuring of the carbide component to the nanosize level contributes to reduction of friction coefficient to the values minimal for the temperature interval under consideration.
The data in Fig.8b consistently represent the influence of extra structural levels generated in the subsurface of the cermet by electron beam melting on its resistance to diamond tool cutting which is increased for all temperatures with the number of structural levels up to its maximum for nanosize restructuring of the carbide component.

Fig.2 Division of bifurcation bank to control camber The grey system theory, in order to random data sequence is weakened; utilization of the useful information in the sequence of rate, method can be used to accumulate data processing.
On the expression of type derivation after reduction model, i.e.: (13) “y” is calculated by the model after the reduction of the acoustic emission parameters of sequence values.
It should be pointed out that, for the cumulative AE parameters, because it has a monotonically increasing rules, it can directly use the original sequence data (12), and the mutation analysis, no longer needs to grey accumulation process.
Conclusions In summary, the catastrophe theory is a powerful tool to study the discontinuous phenomenon, provides an effective method for the treatment of grey theory grey data.
Agreement between numerical results and simulation data illustrate this point.

Introduction With the increase of fossil fuel consumption and the energy price uncertainty, the reduction of available existing energy resources and the exacerbation of the ambient atmospheric environment where the inhabitants dwell have attracted much substantial concerns in the last few decades, and consequently the actions for energy conservation and emission reduction are necessitous and essential for sustainable development of the human beings.
Therefore, with the background of energy structure regulation in China, both the heating system and fuels used need updating in order to gain achievement of energy conservation and emission reduction [5].
On the other hand, the effective utilization of different types of coals is also significant to energy conservation and emission reduction in DH.
In an attempt to fulfill those requirements, the DH system for an economic district of a Northeast China metropolis is utilized as the case study, the its “temperature-heat load-duration” diagram is plotted based on basic meteorological data; the economy-oriented optimization technique is then employed to deal with the coal blending and gas usage problem in DH; finally, the air pollutants emission and total heat supply cost variation trends are further discussed under the different thermalization coefficients of the DH system in this paper.

The reduction factor of pouring thickness is considered excessively and the situation of thickness greater than 4m is not considered.
According to the data comparison, “Building Construction Handbook” and “Technical Specification for Thermal Cracking Control of Mass Concrete of Port and Waterway Engineering”, the temperature rise formulas are modified as following.
The temperature rise reduction coefficients corresponding to different thickness are shown in Table 7.
Table 7 Temperature rise reduction coefficient Pouring thickness [m] 0.50 1.00 1.50 2.00 2.50 3.00 Temperature rise reduction coefficient ξ 0.28 0.46 0.55 0.62 0.68 0.74 Pouring thickness [m] 3.50 4.00 4.50 5.00 5.50 6.00 Temperature rise reduction coefficient ξ 0.80 0.85 0.90 0.95 0.99 1.00 The calculation temperature in center of concrete can be calculated by Eq. The reduction was ascribed to the phenolics, terpenoids, polysaccharides and flavones or other poyphenol compounds present in the plant extracts.
Reduction takes place in a few minutes as indicated by the gradual change of color from colorless to yellow and reddish brown of the aqueous solution after addition of napier (P. purpureum) leaf extract.
The rate of the Ag+ ions reduction was slow during the first 5 minutes, as indicated by low absorbance at a wavelength around 430nm as shown in Figure 1.
The inset of Figure 1 illustrates the reduction of silver ions takes place at a faster rate and saturation of data occurs at 240 min which would indicate the completion of reaction.
An immediate reduction of silver ions in the present investigation might have resulted to the phytochemicals like flavinoids, alkoloids, saponnins and tannins present in the napier leaf extract.

SEA was seen to be strongly influenced by loading rate and significant reductions in SEA were seen as rate increased.
Load data was recorded via a piezoelectric load cell at a rate of 40kHz.
At impact rate a smaller reduction was seen.
For the single 32mm insert (T12) this caused a small, localised reduction in steady state load, leading to an SEA reduction of 2%.
This rippling caused a slight reduction in steady state load (less than 8%).
