This paper takes material loss rates of Construction (installation) Contractors' All Risks as the object of study, calculates the weighted maximum loss expectations and the expected loss rate through the project risk identification and risk estimation, then determines the adjustment coefficient.
The determination of the basic rate.The basic rate of office buildings is 1.2 ‰ -2.2 ‰, according to 95 edition of Construction All Risks reference rate sheet (material damage section).

Introduction With the development of science and technology and computer processing speed accelerating, simulating the three-dimensional substation scene and related high-risk daily operation by using virtual reality technology has become possible.
As a fact that virtual substation is mainly used for simulation of the actual operation and management of substation, and material and texture effects will take up a lot of resources, which waste large quantity of unnecessary time rendering the output, so most of the equipments are default common material.
