Introduction
Steel reinforced concrete beam has a better ductility and higher bearing capacity [1-2], but due to the steel surface is smooth, the bond between steel and concrete is much less than common cohesive force between rebar and concrete , making larger relative slip between the two materials which reduces the structure durability [3].
