Abstract: In this paper we propose ensemble learning based approach to identify Chinese dialects.
Each dialect has about 20 male and female speakers, Speech material include self introduction (consist of age and contact number etc), introduction of hometown special products, tourist places, people and culture.
Journal of Chinese Information Processing. 20(5):77~82, 2006.

However, for reliable industrial application and
commercialization of SiC based electronic devices, the quality of the material must be improved
given that it is still present an high concentration of defects in the crystalline structure.
