The questionnaire and outdoor and semi-outdoor comfort detecting devices are applied to analyze these real factors.
Some research achievements show that the usage of outdoor recreation spaces is affected by thermal comfort and physical comfort (mechanical comfort) of microclimatic conditions [2].
Outdoor weather factors affecting comfort include individual physiological factors of the micro-climatic conditions and open space [3,4,5].
The most famous road park in central Taiwan is applied to test and analyze these factors.
Otherwise, the surface temperature is affected by the material property.

The different control and uncontrollable factors are evaluated by placing it into an orthogonal array form.
Varying RF power will affect the properties of the films in term of crystallinity, surface roughness and optical properties.
The series and parallel resonant frequencies and quality factors can be obtained from the S21 transmission measurement results.

Density is generally considered a predictor of wood strength and affects all other wood properties [4].
The growing conditions of the parent tree affect its properties.
Similarly, in wood composites, the aforementioned variable affects the mechanical properties of the wood product.
It is recognized that the process of destructive assessment of mechanical properties for wood is quite wasteful and would add to the demand pressure for green materials.

These ultrasonic process are basically for specific working conditions and therefore virtually factors of ultrasonic process have complex effects on extrusion .This means that experimental data from one existing ultrasonic factors cannot be reliably used to predict the exact extrusion behavior of another; and simulation is the only affordable means the designer has at his/her disposal in the design phase.

It may lead to the dimension change and reduced accuracy, which can affect the product quality, and in serious cases, cause the rejection of a large number of dies.
However, this method involves a great amount of heat injection into the site to be repaired and a large heat-affecting area, which may cause distortion or even breaking of die components, failing to reach ideal repair effects.
Determination of the bonding strength of the coatings: Z020 electronic universal mechanical testing machine from German Zwick/ Roell and WDW3050 electronic universal mechanical testing machine from Changchun Zhongxi Company were used.
The friction factor of coating is higher than that of Cr12MoV die steel matrix.

Functional Properties of Electroless Silver-plated Cotton Fabric via
LTP Pre-treatment
S.
Silver-plated textiles have exhibited their specific features not only on mechanical performance but also on functional properties.
In this study, silver plating technique was applied on cotton fabric to improve its functional properties, especially the anti-bacterial and anti-UV properties.
The silver-plated cotton fabric was characterized in terms of its functional properties.
The silver-plated cotton fabrics were characterized in terms of functional properties, i.e. anti-static, anti-bacterial, UV protection and water repellency properties.

One of the major factor affecting the performance of the composite is good interaction between the matrix and reinforcement materials.
There are, however, various factors that affect the mechanical properties of composites such as fiber and matrix types, fiber loading, fiber geometry (length, diameter, aspect ratio), fiber distribution in the matrix and interface adhesion between fiber and matrix [80]. 5.1.5 Compression Molding Compression molding is one of the oldest polymer processing techniques and is widely used in the molding of plastics and composites.
The mold closing speed and mold temperature are key factors that affect process performance and product quality.
The mechanical properties of some natural fibers are shown in Table 7.

The procedure involves prediction of the maximum tolerable
defect size as a function of the applied remote plastic strain and the actual pipe and weld metal
properties.
Introduction Past experience has demonstrated that empirical correlations between wide plate or full-scale test results and the material properties (toughness and tensile properties) can be used to develop defect acceptance criteria [1,2].
This paper describes a defect assessment methodology that takes account of key variables affecting the strain limit.
The toughness properties were determined at the CWP test temperature.
This illustrates that the knowledge of the actual material properties is a crucial factor in a strain based defect assessment [5].

However, the determination of resilience modulus of subgrade is difficult, and we can see from a large number of experimental results and engineering experience that the determination of resilient modulus greatly affected by human factors.
CBR as a subgrade indicator which less affected by man-made factors can reflect the strength of subgrade under adverse conditions of the humidity affection.
But for a particular soil, since it has specific mechanical properties, so CBR and modulus of resilience is associated with each other.
There is remarkable positive correlativity between indices tested in laboratory and the reason is mainly because field test is affected by the factors of climate and experiment condition while laboratory test can avoid the impact of climate, test conditions and other factors .Due to the differences in regional, test condition and soil, all kinds of relation the paper set up has some limitations, so, the application of relation must be paid to the comparison and analysis.
