Abstract.
The assumptions are done to simplify the model, which are as follows: the iron core magnetic saturation of the motor is ignored, the permeability of a permanent magnetic material is zero, and the eddy current and hysteresis losses are excluded, and then the three-phase windings are symmetrical.

It is only realted to the properties of the material itself, reflectingt the pv cell optical carrier's largest compound ability; Isc is the internal short-circuit current of PV cells, light source means disposed under the standard illumination, the PV cell when the output is shorted (RL=0) of the current flowing through the output terminal (Notably, some PV cells in the literature Iph equivalent circuit model is equivalent to the Isc, which is ignored in the equivalent circuit when the output is shorted direction flows through the diode leakage current approximation); q is the electron charge, q=1.6×10-19; k is Bohr Boltzmann constant, k=1.38×10-18erg/K; T PV cell is exposed to the absolute temperature; A P-N junction PV cells inside the curve constants [4].
