Our results indicate that the anisotropy in these materials is mostly due to the tensile strain in the GaP layers.
Introduction The progress in novel growth techniques, has made it possible to grow high quality semiconductor heterostructures and superlattices (SLs) from heavily lattice mismatched materials [1], up to a lattice mismatch of about 7% if the layers are kept sufficiently thin.
The semiconducting strained SLs are potential materials for various electronic and optoelectronic devices [2,3].

Preamble With the fast growth of the global economy, cement, as one of the chief building materials, maintains a steady growth trend in terms of the demand; the cement industry, affected by the change of the world economic pattern and restrained by the raw materials for production and the environment protection, is confronted with the upgrading of the industrial structure and the adjustment of the production bases, so it calls for the sustained increase of its scale of investment.

Although PAS has been extensively applied in studying defects in semiconductors and synthetic materials, yielding quantitative data on their microscopic properties its potential in medical imaging could significantly enhance diagnostic methodologies.
Ps, in particular ortho-Ps (o-Ps), has the potential to infer properties of materials, such as voids, pores, oxygen concentration [14].
Advances in Positron Annihilation Spectroscopy for Medical Imaging PAS has been widely used for the inspection of mesoporous materials, metal alloys, semiconductors, and solar cells.

The wall also needs limited concrete material.
The needed filling materials can be formed by straw clay bodies or aerated concrete building block.
Aerated concrete building block also has many features, such as the materials can be easily got, the price is low, it is energy-saving, environmental-friendly and it can be easily processed.
The main mechanical indexes of the materials of composed wall with site laying reinforcing rib are shown in Table I and Table II.
Its research process is subsidized by Jilin Science and Technology Bureau.

The structure of the oxide layer of T91 high temperature superheater tube The thickness of the oxide layer of T91 tube is thicker than some other tubes which are made up of other materials.
The impact of the structure and the protective properties by the water conditions With the supercritical running of boiler, the requirement of the tube materials become higher.
The widely used tube materials are T91 and TP347 at present stage.
So if the design materials are allowed under the normal conditions, the well protective oxide layer will be formed on it with good anticorrosion performance.

The samples for measuring physical-mechanic properties according ISO 572-2 were manufactured using a Brabender hot press, a hydraulic press for punching materials from the pressed plates composites and a compression mold (Fig. 2).
By hot pressing the composites mixtures were processed into plates of 2.5 mm thickness from which were punched on a hydraulic press the materials to fit the compression mold.
The compression mold was first preheated to 165 °C, then each cavity was filled with punched materials (Fig. 2).
For the P7 recipe there were observed difficulties in plasticising the materials.

Introduction Hard machining can be described as the machining of materials with hardness above 40 HRC and up to 62 HRC [1].
In this contribution knowledge of comparative quantitative evaluation of hardened materials surface micro geometry expressed by 2D parameters as Ra, Rq, Rz, Rt, RSm, Rsk, Rku, and Abbot Firestone curve and selected 3D parameters SRa, SRq, SRt, SRsk, SRku when hard turning workpiece with different hardness using mixed oxide ceramic insert are presented.
The cutting tool material was mixed oxide alumina ceramics CM D310 (70% AL2O3, ZrO2, 30% TiC).
