Abstract.
Ф40 Ф20 Parts(ф40) 15 Holder Toolpath Fig. 1 Cutting experiment detail drawings Fig. 2 Schematic diagram of simulated cutting and toolpath The CK6136 CNC machine tool is selected, and its parameters are as follow: spindle motor power is 5.5KW, efficiency η=0.75; X-axis/Z-axis servo motor power is 1KW; tool material is carbide YT15; parts material is low carbon steel; cutting processing is in coolant condition.
Because the factors that affect machine tool energy consumption have tool material and shape, workpiece material, machine tool structure, etc, CNC machine energy-saving research needs to take other factors into account comprehensively in next step.

Complete removal involves the severance of conductors and removal of jacket structure and platform materials to shore for disposal, reuse or recycling purposes.
In order to reuse any platform facilities, it requires additional considerations with respect to fatigue, material, inspection, removal and reinstallation [14].

It is generally accepted that current strategies for the
resolution of the conventional photolithography may be blocked by optical diffraction and by the
opacity of the materials used for making lenses or supports of photo masks [1].
This phenomenon is similar to the micro-contact problem in Fig. 4, where, by slip-line field theory, the necessary energy and the geometry characteristic of formation mechanism for a material can be predicted.

The forging process is based on the plastic deformation of a material by applying force/pressure to obtain a piece.
As a consequence, the constitutive equations of material change in these areas and as a result the yield stress also varies.
This explains the fact that the material properties in these areas are different from those in other areas of the piece.

Abstract.
According to Paschen's law, the breakdown voltage is related to the product of pressure and the inter-electrode distance, However , the ignition time basically is located near TDC in the ignition system of spark discharge of internal combustion engine, the difference between experimental results of some scholars and the Paschen's law under the conditions of the establishment of .The breakdown process cannot simply explain by Townsend discharge theory in the long gap or high pressure conditions, The influencing factors include: electrode material, electrode surface, the inter-electrode distance and the electrode area.
Excellent durability [7] The consumption of the electrode is formed by ablation and corrosion, which is also affected by the electrode material and electrode temperature.
