However, it is still urgent to explore substituted materials for ITO, due to the scarcity of indium in the earth.
Recently, TiO2 has manifested potentials as a matrix for TCO materials.
In order to utilize TiO2 film as a candidate of TCO materials, it is necessary to investigate the intrinsic conductivity of TiO2 films.

The parts of the authors [1,2] have performed an experimental and simulation research on the
ultra high-speed grinding beyond propagation speed of the materials plastic wave and clarified its
effectiveness for the reduction of the plastic flow and achieving good surface integrity.
Hardening of the material by the increase in the machining speed, etc. is considered as the reason.

SOR is a harmless building to its residents and surrounding environment highlighted in design phase, which residential space is adjustable and updatable based on the content and requirements in life, and where the external walls and internal walls are changeable in the using process, building materials and facilities are recyclable, etc., such a building is not only very durable and conducive to environmental protection, and also always remains its fashion, in compliance with the architectural requirements in the modern society.
From a view of a architect, the architecture framework is built at initial phase, and then it is available to select removable infill components to construct each interior space based on the user’s needs, not only providing the user with more options in space design, and also reducing the number of waste in the project, thus saving building materials.
However, the SOR makes the independent decision at all levels possible and thus vitalizes the construction more powerfully by the participation of developers, material suppliers, equipment suppliers, users and architects at different levels.
The architect changes from a hero, who determines the function, material, space, figure of an architecture, mode of construction, and its relations with the environment, to a common construction participant, who cooperates with developers and residents to create schemes.
