Abstract.
With requirements of the actual job, the emergency material reserve, physical and chemical properties of chemicals, emergency response measures, environmental protection laws and technology standards promulgated by institution of nation and province were prestored in the mobile enforcement system so that they can been viewed at all times and replenished in the background.

Abstract.
In this part, the end moment of associated beams, column axial force of adjacent joints, associated beam axial forces, and the vertical displacement of joints just above removed columns are obtained by the nonlinear static analysis, both material and geometric nonlinearities are accounted for.
