In this study, we report the influence of kinds of the additive PMHS on the formed pore structures in the fibers, because chemical and physical properties of polysiloxanes are various in general because of differences in molecular structure (molecular weight, branching and terminal groups).
Such knowledge about polymer blend melts contributes pore structure controls in synthesized Si-C-O fibers.
structure (single large pore with two or three satellite pores) is observed.
In such situation, pore formation and pore coarsening process in HS15 is accelerated, and a single pore structure is formed during melt spinning.
All the fibers keep hollow structure after pyrolysis at 1273K, although the Si-C-O chemical composition is various.

Fresnoite with composition Ba2TiSi2O8 (B2TS2) was first found in 1965, adopting a non-centrosymmetric structure.
The structure of synthetic fresnoite was determined by Masse et. al. followed by investigation of the structure of natural fresnoite by Moore and Louisnathan in 1969[3-5].
Extensive research on fresnoite materials began due to their acentric symmetry properties, unusual structure and phase transitions[6].

Fabrication of these resonator structures is straightforward and can be incorporated with other more complex steps.
Hence, we propose using MEMS extensional- or contour-mode resonators and thin film bulk acoustic wave resonators (FBAR) as the test structures.

The addition of the polyacrylic acid as an template to the solution of NiCl2·6H2O can guide the gelation in the reaction to build a three dimensional open structure.
Introduction Aerogels are unique low density, high surface area materials consisting of nanoparticle building blocks networked together to form an open, highly porous structure.[1-2]The presence of an interconnected network of pores, including both micropores and mesopores, with a high inner surface area nanostructure is expected to lead to many actual and potential applications in catalysis, energy storage, and sensors.[3-7] Sol–gel chemistry is widely used to synthesize a variety of oxides based on the polymerization of molecular precursors via wet chemical methods[8].
As shown in Fig.1, the nickel-based aerogel shows a typical three dimensional porous structure composed of nano-scale spherical particles.
In the following step, these colloidal particles are linked with each other to build a three dimensional structure.
We have demonstrated that polyacrylic acid plays an important role in the reaction to build a three dimensional open structure.

The phase and structure determination was done using X-ray analysis.
The Rietveld method was applied for structure refinement.
It crystallizes in the cubic spinel structure (space group Fd3m), with lattice parameter a0=1.03340 nm [2].
The X-ray method was used to establish the influence of iron substitution on structure.
CuCr2Se4 denotes spinel structure; others relate to the particular compounds.
