This paper studies the effect on the structure and performance of steel plate for 3.5Ni low temperature steel with appending Ti and Nb elements.
1 Experimental material and methods
Experimental steels were prepared by melting in 50kg vacuum induction furnace, cast into ingots.

Abstract.
A new machine is researched and developed in this paper, though this machine, CNC machining of pinion cutter with convex curved rake face is realized, though sharp analysis of pinion cutter with convex curved rake face, linkage control of a revolving axis and a linear axis is needed at least in the machining of convex curved face, in order to verify the accuracy of this analysis, machining experiment of convex curved rake face is done on the four axes vertical machining center as shown in Fig.2(a), though linkage control of X axis and A axis, work piece is machined as shown in Fig.2(b), convex curved face is machined on the cross section of cylindrical bar materials, shape feature of this convex curved face and convex curved rake face of pinion cutter is consistent, the experiment result shows that the processing method are proper for machining requirements of convex curved rake face.
