In particular, it should optimize and adjust high energy consumption industrial structure of non-metallic mineral products industry, ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry, oil processing and coking industry, chemical raw materials and products industry, electricity production and supply industry.
In the industry, taking industrial circular economy as the emphasis, it should improve recycling and comprehensive utilization of industrial wastes solid, wastewater and waste gas by guiding the extension and coupling of industrial chain in the industry of iron and steel, nonferrous metals, coal, chemicals, building materials and metallurgy.
In the enterprise, in order to achieve raw materials and waste recycling it should extend the industrial chain and format the organic integration of production processes by actively promoting enterprises to carry out clean production small cycles through "technological convergence" and "ring to make up the chain".
It is especially focus on the pilot and demonstration in the strategic industries of solar photovoltaic, semiconductor lighting, service outsourcing, bio-medicine, new energy and environmental protection electric car, green household appliances, environmental protection equipment, new building materials and civil aviation.

This phenomenon could be due to the fact that both techniques utilize chemically reactive materials.
Mixture materials that require heating give out higher concentration as well as greater amount of CO2.
This avoids the need for heated materials and ensures CO2 level will remain low.

Because of its physical and aesthetical characters and low processing cost, wood is the most preferred building materials and interior decoration materials.
Experiments Materials In this study, poplar wood (Populous euramericaha cv.I-69/58) was taken from a plantation located in Anhui Province, China.

Increased die life: Due to the low heat input of the partially solidified material the thermal shock of the die is reduced during filling.
That involves design guidelines, topology optimisation tools, available material data for FEM simulation like flow and S-N curves, casting simulation, prototype manufacturing and inhouse testing capabilities (see Fig. 3).
In this regard it needs to be taken into account that the material models for Semi-Solid casting need to be more sophisticated than for conventional casting because they need to take temperature-dependent viscosity and time-dependent shear-thinning into account.

The abs spectra in the investigated temperature range, show a red-shift of the edge, as the temperature increases, as expected from the Varshni’s law [6] for semiconductor bulk and nano-materials [9].
Nevertheless the invariance of the spectrum-shape ensures that the optical properties of CeO2 nanoparticles result stable at high temperature and then they result suitable for the use in nanofluid materials.

Supporting theories Symbiosis is an important primary concept in biological sciences, the general concept of which is firstly proposed in 1879 by Anton deBary, a microbiologist from Strasbourg University, Germany, who said: “Symbiosis means different kinds of organisms living together closely.”
Scholars at home and abroad study the business ecosystems from different perspectives, and the existence of various types of social enterprise competition, cooperation, development, life cycle theory and the nature of the species, population ecology, population, ecological changes such as regular contact and comparative analysis of the corresponding research in ecology, said the economy, management, sociology, systems theory and modern science and technology, which puts forward a new management paradigm, “enterprise ecosystem management” .
They can adopt this organizational system to carry out the materials and information exchange to generate new energy, the manifestations of which are as follows.
