Its primary purpose lies in stimulating the students’ study interest, follow the four cardinal principles: principle of combining material stimulation and spiritual stimulation, principle of combining internal stimulation and external stimulation, principle of combining positive stimulation and negative stimulation and the principle of fair stimulation.
Perfect positive and negative incentive mechanism, combine with material stimulation, to provide guarantee for the construction of style of study.
The author thinks that because of different personal standards of spiritual reward, difficult to materialize, and the existed difficulties of reward setting, the penetration point should take the material rewards as the means to promote the student to achieve their spiritual pursuits, thus, obtain the spiritual reward, that is achieve the students' internal stimulation.

Keywords: navy vessel, life cycle, phase quality, integration quality management.
Introduction The quality of ship is a concentrated reflection of nation strength of science, technology and economy, it’s related to the generation of the combat effectiveness of the naval forces and continued fighting force directly, in modern circumstances, especially in the war under high-tech conditions, the quality of ship makes a influence to the naval battle, sometimes eventually affects the whole country.
(2) Whole process of management: for civilian products, the whole process of management means to ensure the high-quality in all aspects of the market survey, product selection, research, design, procurement of raw material, manufacturing, inspection, storage and transportation, sales, installation, operation and maintenance.
In the building phase, we still use the same CAD design environment, then get the digital sample boat in the phase of productive design, and thereby form a BOM (Bill of Materials) list and various documents that guide the shipbuilding.

However, this study concerns only the fatigue life of crack growth (assuming a macroscopic crack is already existing in the material) and not the crack initiation life.
