Development of the spun-blend conductive yarn
Material selection.The conductive fibers used are metal fibers obtained by cluster drawing 316L stainless steel.
Because the stainless steel fiber is expensive, the fan of the machine should be shut down in the drafting-cutting in order to decrease the fiber loss and reduce the raw material consumption.

Depending on intensive monitoring and monitoring data analysis, the reason of abnormal situation is that filling material’s consolidation of tide embankment is not strong enough to support heavy-duty lorry and stone back pressure from north side, which results in the falling of filling material toward south side.
