The other class of structures utilizes larger amounts of mismatched materials than allowed
by the simple critical thickness criterion.

Glossary on dislocation notions Dislocation theory was developed mainly with metals in mind [8,9] but later semiconductor heterostructure science used frequently this theoretical framework.
Prismatic dislocation loops cannot glide but they grow by climb which is favorable in brittle materials (Si and Ge at low temperatures, < 550°C) where point defects are mobile at rather low temperatures.
Details of the process are described and references are given in a separate paper of this journal [14].

Studies of Porous Layer Formation in p-Si by Spectroscopic
Ellipsometry
J.
Numerous investigations were carried out for optical characterization of porous materials by spectroscopic ellipsometry (for a review of recent investigations, see [3]).
However, as a rule the main attention was paid to the porous materials with a removed surface layer, which has been formed during the chemical etching.
In each layer the volume fractions of materials were fixed and the void fraction fV relative to materials was an adjustable parameter.
Acknowledgements The work was partially supported by Lithuanian State Science and Studies Foundation (project C03046).

But DWI technology could lead to slightly higher fuel consumption rate .When using the high sulphur fuel ,the material of the combustion chamber and using a special nozzle should be considered.
There are many kinds of structures and materials of filter used to catch the particulate, for example the monolithic ceramics, the metal wire, the textile fiber, the ceramic fiber, and floamed ceramics and so on.

In general, water pollutants are divided into several categories namely oxygen demanding waste, infectious agents, plant nutrients, organic chemicals, inorganic elements and compounds, sediments, radioactive materials, and heat.

A stable isotope oxygen exchange
technique (
16O/18O exchange) was adopted to label the diffusion profiles in the oxides, and secondary
ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) depth profiles were examined to determine the diffusion coefficients in
the oxide ceramic materials.
Introduction Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) are composed of several kinds of functional ceramics and metals, which have several interfaces contact with different component materials.
Diffusion of oxygen at LaMnO3/Y2O3-ZrO2 interfaces under polarization Doped LaMnO3 is considered as candidate cathode materials for SOFCs because of its high catalytic activity for oxygen reduction, high electronic conductivity, and compatibility with electrolyte [1-15].
Oxygen diffusion in the oxide scale formed on alloy surface One of the critical issues on applying the alloy materials to SOFCs is the oxide scale formation on the surface [21-40].

Although a few synchronous mobile e-learning systems enable students to experience the video and presentation materials of a lecture in real time and real-time interaction with the lecturer, they still have the problem of not allowing students to navigate and re-experience the lecture session including video and slides with annotation.
