As these structures are used in harsh seawater environment, grasping the
effects of environment when the TMCP material is used in seawater is important.
From the material as indicated in Table 1 and 2, CCT(Center-Cracked-Tension) specimen which has relatively big size of center penetrated slit and CT(Compact Tension) specimen by ASTM E647 were manufactured.

In this paper, the 3-D solid a member unit was chosen to analysis in FEM model, steel was assumed to behave as an elastic-plastic material with von Mises yielding functions in both tension and compression.
The material properties of steel were directly adopted from the measured values of experimental: Young’s modulus E=2.06e5N/mm2, Poisson’s ratio ν=0.3, and the detail model properties as shown in fig2.Where, σy=345N/mm2, σu=450N/mm2, σt=400N/mm2, εy=0.001854,εu=0.11, εt=0.17.
